This souvenir sheet contains types of the Connecticut Tercentenary stamp, the California Pacific Exposition stamp, the Michigan Centenary stamp, and the Texas Centennial stamp in colors similar to the originals. The sheet was issued for the Third International Philatelic Exhibition (TIPEX).
